Twilight switches are used for automatic switching on and off of various electrical appliances depending on the intensity of ambient illumination. Unlike time switches, which turn on lights in preset time intervals, often unnecessarily, twilight switches offer a very cost effective alternative. Twilight switches are mainly applied to switch on and off street lights, lighting of billboards, advertising panels and shop windows, and garden lights.
The NS 800 switch is designed for mounting onto a wall, into power wire strips or instalation boxes. I tis designed primary for indoor use.
The NS 801 and NS 851 switches are designed for instalation using cable outlets. A night break may be programmed for the NS 851 twilight switch. This function enable to interrupt light for a certain period of time at night.
